The Client and Family Support Program (CFSP) serves adults with developmental disabilities who live at home in the Chicagoland area, through the Illnois Home Based Support Services Program. The purpose of CFSP is to assist people with developmental disabilities to live in the community with family members and to find and connect participants with resources. The ultimate goal is to keep their loved one in a less restrictive environment.
